Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change.

 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made [X days] before check-in/event date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within [Y days] of the check-in/event date will receive a partial refund of [percentage].

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within [Z days] of the check-in/event date or for no-shows.
